What is MyVidster?
MyVidster is a social video sharing and bookmarking site that lets you collect and share your favorite videos you find on the web. You can also explore and follow video collections from other users using MyVidster. If you like watching and sharing online video, then you will love using MyVidster!

What are MyVidster points?
Here at MyVidster, we've been working on introducing a fun incentive to clean up the site as well as adding some bragging rights to the mix. Enter: MyVidster Points! Gain points by reporting videos as broken, inappropriate, and helping us filter videos that aren't set already. We want to keep the MyVidster community growing while continuing to provide a positive, seamless environment for all users. Everyone suffers when the site gets cluttered with broken links, so let's work together to make MyVidster an even better experience. This feature is stil in beta, so who knows what sorts of goodies we will add to this feature in the future. Any feedback you have is greatly appreciated, so feel free to give it at email@example.com.
Which video hosts can I bookmark from?
While other video bookmarking/sharing sites only support the popular video hosts, MyVidster provides universal support. If the video on the source site is a valid format (embed, video iframe, etc) MyVidster will be able to bookmark the video. If there is an issue with video playback after bookmarking please contact us so that we can investigate the issue.
My video bookmarks will not play.
We notice that users with search bars installed on their web browser are having issue accessing MyVidster. It is recommended that you uninstall them to see if that resolves the issue. Also try clearing your web browser cache and update your web browser to the latest version (note, we no longer support Internet Explorer 7).
How do I manage and orginize my video bookmarks?
Click on the manage tab in the user account. Click on the collection/channel/video title in the name column to navigate to the item you want to edit and then click on one of the options in the actions column.
How can I flag a video as broken
On any page when you are viewing a video, look underneath the video at a banner that has multiple options, such as downloading the video, making it full screen etc. It is here that you will see a Flag/Broken option. When you determine why it is that you are flagging this video (the video doesn't work, it has inappropriate content, etc.) click on that bubble option and submit.
I publish my own videos; do you provide any services for us?
Yes we do! Please check out our video publisher's services for more information on sharing and marketing your content to the MyVidster community.
Can I upload my videos?
MyVidster does not provide video upload functionality, but you can upload your video to popular video host like Youtube or Vimeo and then bookmark them to MyVidster.
I need to reset my password, how can I do this?
You can reset your password here. Tip, add firstname.lastname@example.org to your email provider's white/allow list to ensure delivery of the password reset email.
How can I delete my account?
We are sorry to see you leave us. Delete your account here.
Can I change my username?
Username changes are not allowed, you will need to create a new account.
I want to build my own niche community how can I do this?
First you will need to create group page for the niche. You can use the group's invite feature to invite other MyVidster users to join. We also recommend promoting your group on your favorite social networks like Facebook and Twitter.
Does MyVidster support mobile device like iPhone or Android?
Yes we do.
Does MyVidster accept donations?
